These Terms of Use govern your use of the Nayra mobile application operated by MPAGENCY MARKETING - FZCO ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Nayra, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
Nayra is intended for users aged 17 and above, primarily university students in the GCC region. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Educational Purpose Only
Nayra provides financial education content only. Nothing in the app — including the AI chat assistant — constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. The AI chat is powered by artificial intelligence and may make errors. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account or create accounts for others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Community Guidelines
When posting in the community feed, you agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or harmful financial information
- Harass, bully, or discriminate against other users
- Share personal or sensitive information about others
- Post spam, promotional content, or off-topic material
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice. Users can report problematic content or block users directly in the app.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in Nayra — including lessons, graphics, and the AI system — is owned by or licensed to MPAGENCY MARKETING - FZCO. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Content you post in the community remains yours. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the app.
6. App Availability
We strive to keep Nayra available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPAGENCY MARKETING - FZCO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nayra. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is zero, as Nayra is a free app).
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
